About
I am an experiential and live event producer who blends creative vision with logistical precision. I move work from concept to execution with clear story, clean run of show, and disciplined cross-team communication. My arts training gives me strong taste and cultural context, which I apply to experiences that must feel elevated and run flawlessly.
How I add value
• Concept support and narrative decks. I shape ideas into concise client decks, guest journeys, and show blocks that teams can execute.
• Budgets and commercial discipline. I build and maintain budgets, level bids, manage change orders, and negotiate vendor scopes without losing quality.
• Schedules and show flow. I own master timelines, dependencies, run of show, cue sheets, and change logs so rehearsals and show calls stay on time.
• Vendors and venues. I run RFPs, level bids, capture union notes, lead walkthroughs, and deliver feasibility with clear risks and options.
• Purchasing and compliance. I manage purchasing, delivery tracking, inventory, and reconciliation with complete receipt capture and audit-ready records.
• Backstage operations and talent flow. I map lineup, quick changes, hotel staging, shuttles, safety zones, and lockouts to protect timing and movement.
• Content ops. I synchronize scripts, slides, graphics, and playback lists with version control so creative intent matches show timing.
• Risk and safety. I identify choke points early, respect automation envelopes and deck lockouts, and keep traffic clean under pressure.
• Client communication. I keep stakeholders aligned with crisp updates, clear next steps, and fast decision paths.
